All unused, unopened merchandise purchased through the McNellis is suject to a 30 day return policy. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the merchandise has been damaged during shipment. Merchandise that is damaged in shipment must be reported within 5 days of receipt to receive a full replacement or refund including shipping charges.
