FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What are some examples of Compression Planning Squared?
A:

  • 70 community leaders were brought together for one day to address a specific issue. Five groups worked the same design in different rooms, and the results were combined into one report for the management of the clinic. Each group filled up 12 storyboards for a total of 60 complete storyboards.

  • An international foods company gathered for their Annual Sales meeting where all sales managers addressed a specific issue.  McNellis trained 15 internal facilitators who were coached during the facilitation of a specific issue. The session lasted 2-3 hours. The report from all 15 sessions was generated overnight and all sales managers walked away with the output of all 15 groups the next morning.

  • A property management firm working on cost-cutting issues across various hotels came together. With a group of 50 participants from all of their properties, they were able to share and develop ways to cut costs and save on operating expenses. McNellis facilitated four groups of 12-15 participants and shared the best ideas with the big group.
