CP2 has saved time and brought success to many companies. For example, approximately 150 people involved in groups of eight worked together to stop the hemorrhaging of a new system that was put into a manufacturing plant. The plant was losing about one million dollars each week. All of the people from manufacturing, IT, providers and engineers – everyone they could think of was included in the CP2 process. After one day of following CP2, they were able to create a plan that shut losses down to zero in six short weeks. CP2 has the ability to spark countless ideas that have the power to transform an organization.
